The DNA Voice Scanning is done based on your voice over the phone. If required we also do calculations which are done based upon the data provided by you, namely the date of birth, time of birth (Standard Time), place of birth and latitude, longitude. Any mistake in the data provided will result in variations in Horoscope and predictions.

Advice, predictions, opinions, Matching Reports, etc., received from SMS Energy Healings should NOT be completely relied upon for personal, medical, legal, financial, matrimonial or other decisions. You should also consult an appropriate professional for specific advice to suit your position.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

In case of any fraudulent transactions etc; please reach the ccavenue customer care as well as write to us at support@smsenergyhealings.com immediately in case there has been an order placed in your name and has been charged through ccavenue appearing the billing in the name of SMS Energy Healings – which has not been done by you; so that appropriate action can be taken per these Terms and Conditions.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

SMS Energy Healings cannot 100% ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. Therefore, although we are committed to protecting your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private.

As a user of the Site, you understand and agree that you assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Site, the internet generally, and the documents you post or access and for your conduct on and off the Site.

Whenever you place an order with SMS Energy Healings for remote consultations, telephonic appointments, or a Psychic Channel Medium reading; please be sure that it is the client/user who would need to call the numbers provided for consultation.

SMS Energy Healings holds no responsibility to continually check your availability or call you back in order to complete or process your order. The client would need to coordinate with the support staff at support@smsenergyhealings.com to fix or set up a telephonic appointment and also would need to call up themselves at the time agreed and scheduled.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Once the appointment has been set up whether telephonically or for face to face discussion; the rescheduling of an appointment can only take place on mutual agreement. If there is a reschedule from the client’s end; it has to be minimum 6 hours before the appointment. Any information provided to reschedule the appointment less than 6 hours from the scheduled time will lead to cancellation of the order.

There will purely be no re-consideration to arrange for a new appointment timing in case the client does not call up at the number provided at the said time – it will clearly be pronounced “CANCELLED” and the client should not seek a “REFUND”.

The client should respect the fact that you agree to the Terms and Conditions before placing and completing your order form and REFUND in no shape will be possible from SMS Energy Healings.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY (PRODUCTS)

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. SMS Energy Healings is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment.

Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). SMS Energy Healings is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer as per these Terms and Conditions. All major credit cards are accepted for fast, easy and efficient secure payments.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY (SERVICES)

ONLINE REGISTRATION & PRODUCT/SERVICE DETAILS

Order once placed does not imply to be interchanged against any other service unless owners of SMS Energy Healings agree to it. In case of change of mind from the client’s end against the order placed at www.smsenergyhealings.com; there shall be no refund or return in any case.

The amount paid to SMS Energy Healings will remain with the owners of the website and remittance or refund of any sort cannot be redeemed by the client at any time under these Terms and Conditions.

The user/client placing an order cannot claim to sue or proceed against any legal proceedings in any case for not being satisfied with any service or product bought here. The user/client should respect the fact that you have read the Terms and Conditions respectively before placing an order on our website.

You also agree to the fact that any prediction or other message that you receive is not a substitute for advice, programs, or treatment that you would normally receive from a licensed professional such as a lawyer, doctor, psychiatrist, or financial advisor.

In case, of the client not being happy with the holistic wellness services or any experiences with SMS Energy Healings; he/she should not write or post things in public (online or offline) against our website or Mr. Inderjit Singh.

Let’s respect each other’s sentiments. In case of its breach – SMS Energy Healings also has the complete right to file a defamation suit against the client and may also ask for a public apology according to these Terms and Conditions.
